Link to your ban or your com block:
Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
Hallo. I am sorry if I didn't get the proper link to the source ban, I couldn't find a way to link the individual section of the ban.

"Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?"

I got on Skial today and was greeted with a "banned" message. When I asked in the discord about it, somebody mentioned that it was over IP. Now, previously yesterday I was falsely reported for hacking and checking the source bans it says I was banned then unbanned. But when getting on today I was banned again with "Reason LINKED: New IP from banned STEAMID".

I asked about that in the server and they told me that it's likely that I was ban evading and using a vpn but I mentioned that I was previously banned and that the ban was over turned so it wouldn't make sense. I never had an issue with something like this before in any server or game so I am rather puzzled. I'd like to cooperate and provide anything in question to remove this ban.

Hallo. My user name is MDCCC. I was wrongfully accused as a hacker and banned. I hope the evidence I can provide, though massive in scale here, I hope insightful minds see through and clear my name up. I believe fair trials are a thing that should be upheld.

I've been interested in competitive game play for a few years. And given my history in this field, I have been able to fine tune my skills to above the average individual. I push my self to achieve higher ends and to be better then the person above me. From Day of Defeat source, TF2, Insurgency, Red Orchestra 2, Double Action Boogaloo. The main game that has influenced my flame for massive improvements would be Insurgency. Insurgency is not a game for any person, you play casually you will not enjoy the game and quit. But if you play in a competitive nature, and work towards being better then it will be fun.

Introduction. The accuser and admin that banned me claims that I have an aimbotter and a toggle bot or some form of tracker. Here is the clip of the video that the accuser provided. https://www.mediafire.com/file/fdw8n3w9979pjd2/skialcheater.dem/file
Here is thread: https://www.skial.com/threads/mdccc-wallhacks-and-a-track-button-for-quick-lockons-not-aimbot.90250/
And here is my source bans:
https://www.skial.com/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist&searchText=mdccc&Submit=

I am here to provide my evidence to counter that claim. As mentioned, I hope those who are reasonable and insightful will take a look at this matter.

Section 1, Insurgency play style and how it effects my play style. Insurgency demands one to have high reflexes, snappy accuracy and an above average response time along with quick assessments on situations on hand and what to do next. Players who excel in Insurgency will best your average TF2 player. Here are videos of my plays along with photos of my KDR and a GameMe status report on me.

First video. This video will introduce you into my field of view and play. Watch the video, then rewatch it again and focus on this time frame. 0:08 - 0:10. Look at that reflex. I am aiming down the road, my awareness is on full alert. This individual moves into frame from behind the car into my field of view and with in a split second is mowed down by me. This feat alone is highly impressive but is common among this game when you go up against skilled players. And this split second reaction time taken into TF2 among your average player base, it will be seen as impossible feats with out aimbot, or toggle bot.

Second video. Fast forward to 0:18. Whats the first thing you hear, gunshots, gunshots ahead of behind the wall. Now, what that means is there is somebody on the other side of the wall, maybe friendly, likely enemy. So one has to move with caution. 0:21 I peel around the corner looking for my targets. I check the road to see if there is somebody is coming my way. I did not notice the individual in the building untill he jerked back, the motion was captured by my peripheral vision and I snapped onto him, but also notice he, just like me, quickly turns but he was a second slower. What I am pointing out here is the targeting. Turn the corner, see slight movement my peripheral vision and quickly snapped to it.

Now, here is another key thing I do in this video. After dispatching the target at 0:23, I do not lower my rifle, I do not lower my guard, I follow up by aiming at areas an enemy may come from. I do this alot in tf2, not many people do this as they may deem it a waste of time. But also doing this in tf2, in quick sessions aiming around waiting for a target to present it self will land you a fat "Aimbotter, toggle bot, walls" in tf2 because it's not the norm to do that, it's almost alien. And you'll quickly see why I do that, 0:27 an enemy walks into frame and I was lucky to get him.

My other Insurgency plays are rather large and so I will have them on Media fire to download and watch.

https://www.mediafire.com/file/hwevzzkiwecmct2/Insurgency_21.28.17.04.mp4/file
Third video. I play Insurgency with out music, as with music you get distracted or it over lays what you can hear. This video here is a good example of hearing discipline. You don't always get people talking through the mic in Insurgency, few instances yes, but generally not. Everybody is focused on their job, their role. Unlike tf2, people tend to talk more, random thoughts and opinions and so forth.

In this reply, have a head set on. What I'm doing is listening for footsteps, gear rattling, or any voice lines or something to give me a lead indication. I'm on high alert, don't know where my team mates are since there are no markers or if i'm the last person left. Any slight sound I pan to it, and await for something, judging what level the sound is coming from, first floor or 2nd floor, near by or running away. Surely enough at 0:25 I make the assumption that somebody will be running through this door judging by the sound of their foot steps, and await. 0:27 target walks into view and is shot and killed. Even after he is shot, I pan past him, and fixed if an enemy will come from the pathway behind where he was.

Point here is to show how I focus on sound, the environment and calculate where this person may be heading. If you were to spectate and see the whole thing in third person, anybody who aims at where the sound is coming from, would be be seen as a hacker as if it's a player then people would shout, "Look-look, he aimed at them, clearly a hacker". Yet the person may not seeing them directly but attempting to figure out where the sound is coming or going. With that you could see I made a grave mistake, by me shooting at 0:35, letting down my guard, easing my nerves, I had inadvertently doomed my self. As it alerted the enemy where I was, what area I was facing, and what I likely would do, and so when I turn the corner on the door again, they were ready.

I heard somebody was there, but didn't know how many or who since the previous engagement messed it all up. Did the enemy see me through the wall? No, but he did hear me and assessed my next moves.

Now, I also do this in tf2 as well which you will see in later videos. But doing this in tf2 will get you accused of "aimbot, walls" because, "Oh he's looking at this area where somebody is, how did he know he's there, clearly a hacker". You check the reply and you hear people screaming in the mic and all this stuff. Reply doesn't know if the player mutes people so they don't drown out sounds. If a sniper in Tf2 hears footsteps around him but see's nobody, would he be a hacker/ aimbotter / toggler if he throws down a piss jar to check, would he be accused if he takes out his melee and starts wacking at every direction attempting to see if the spy moves, because if he does, the sniper will hear said foot steps, and if he can hear said foot steps, he can attempt to judge where the spy may be. There is nothing wrong in that, there is no hack in that, it's skill gap. Spy won't know the sniper just heard his foot steps. Unless he's a skilled player and knows about that.

Fourth video. This video will show you an intense gun fire fight with in the basement of this map. Basement has poor visibility given there is not alot of light, there are alot of obstacles which block the view and act as cover for you and the enemy. 0:31 has me entering the basement. You could see through out the run, my sporadic camra movements if something sounds close I snap to it, I aim at entrances and exits to make sure there is nobody flanking. 1:14 I move to the cover of a van, I am shot at by the left, I take cover and commence a slow fall back, I don't know where the opponent is but I am taking fire from where he is. I can't see him but I aim where I would guess he is at. Every peak I am looking through out my screen looking for a moving object of which I could take and shoot at.

1:39 I get an announcement another opponent has entered the point, and quickly you could see the jerking motion to pan over to an exit to my right. Then I pan back, by 1:43 the target presents him self and is put down. But no enjoyment, no let down, he is down yes But I am still aiming, I am still fixed looking and scanning for any moments. Later at 3:14 you can hear a team mate walking in from behind and my first thing is to snap to that direction, I don't move sluggishly, I don't slowly move, I snap there. 3:38, I hear footsteps again, rather then turn my whole camra, I use the corner of my view to see that area, and at 3:39, I see a team mate. My first assumption is that the footsteps were that of my team mate. I guessed wrong. 3:40 I hear gunshots, my team mate shouting and turn. The point of this video is to show the Hyper attention and heightened awareness.

Photos and Status reports.

What I like about GameMe is the fact it tracts everything about the player, from their KDR, to average ping, their over all Statistics compared to others with in that server, and that of the high top 10 players in the server. I play mainly on TBG clan servers on Insurgency and here is my stats with in that server, you can find everything on me here. http://tbgclan.gameme.com/playerinfo/5132387

And here is a photo of my over all KPD, SPK, KPM, AST, and WA. Compaired to the rest of the players and top 10. On the right is the top player on the server.

I'm good in my own right, but I'm but a sample of even better plays in Insurgency that I have gone up against that, if I on my own look like a Aimbotter, then these other individuals would be a higher tier above that. A highly skilled player in Insurgency, and one many know of is "AkH prevent". A known high skilled player.

"We are not Equal" is a monster of a individual in the game. He's a rusher, doesn't sit on his hands, aggressive play style. As well as a good sharp shooter.

Here are photos of my KDR's. I also amount to high KDR's on Tf2 like wise.

Conclusion of Insurgency play style. Here is my report on my Insurgency play style. Videos, and notes on sections to see, along with Status report, and statistic report along with comparison to others. Now, all of this serves as a foundation for the TF2 report. And play a key factor. Fast reflexes, snappy response and aim, great tracking, sporadic mouse moments, keen to listen to surrounding ambient sound, map awareness and high skill performance.

Now. For the TF2 report.

Fifth video. Here is a video showing the speed in which I am able flip my camra around as heavy. I was able to quickly assess the situation and figured the scout would rush me till he was physically stopped by my mass, then he would attack. The video happens fast, so I'd recommend to watch it few times. At 0:01 I walked back and walked to my left, elevating my self against the tunnel and as the scout charged me, he was at the lower end, meaning that if I jump, i'd be higher and thus able to jump over him. 0:02 I was unable to jump over him, infact landed ontop of him, and as he ran, i slid off as I revved up my mini gun. 0:03 I turn to him. After he is done with. I then quickly snap my camra back behind me.

Sixth video. Another good example of how quickly I can engage and disengage targets.
Run down on what is going down. I, along with my medic and fellow Heavy are acting as stalemate breakers. My team have pushed back the blue team enough to stay infront of their base. We were halted by by some engineers who had their sentrys, I focused on shooting the first one till it's destruction at 0:08. Lead the way with my team. At 0:10 a spy rushes to their corner which signaled that he was going to zap their sentry. I was then ubered and charged in, at 0:12 I check the 2nd floor drop and saw there was nobody and kept going, I did not notice the pyro that was coming out of their spawn area, the engineer took my attention. At the death of the engineer I quickly turn to face the corner and break through their lines. I destroyed the sentry that our spy disabled and turned to the rest the enemy team, at 0:16 I finally noticed I was on fire and that there was a pyro behind me. Turned and mowed him down.

Friend heavy comes in as reinforcements, helped kill the pyro for me so I re-engage the enemy team
0:19 noticed the sniper aiming at me so I crouched in hopes to avoid being shot but he had already in fact shot. As the whole first floor entrance was cleared I quickly turned around to make sure we were not being flanked at 0:20. With in that split second I was preparing to turn away back to the front till I saw a spy come out of sewer which I had to recoil back from turning and aim at him. I've found my self in said situations before, though alone. So I had to quickly flip between targets and assess who is a bigger threat, I got shot late 0:020 and turned to face what it was, a lone engineer, since I recalled there was a friendly heavy I turned around to face the spy, each of us covering each others backs. The heavy kept the enemy engineer busy, our pyro chased off the spy, and I broke off to heal. It all happened quickly and is alot to process.

Showed this video in another server and this is their imput on it.
- Does not lock on to pyro at start, hardly moves mouse
- High sensitivity
- Shoots at engi and then does not lock on to follow, shoots sentry
- Switches to shooting pyro cause attacking medic, sensible and smart
- Flicks to sniper, kills, sees nobody so 180's and shoots spy, does not lock on
- 180s again cause getting shot from behind by engi, then sees teammate shooting him so changes back to spy
- Never, ever 1 frame flicked to someone and locked on - Never locked on to center of target

Seventh video.
What do you see? Me with loud music on, can't hear footsteps, unless something is loud or close to me.
Run up tunnel to the stairs, decided to stop and eat my fishcake. And as you could see, taken off guard, if I didn't have music playing I could have heard him walking around and had waited for him to come down then shoot him, but since I have loud music, didn't. Luckily he didn't charge his arrow long enough and I survived. Aimed and mowed him down like usual. Run back down tunnel and decide to heal up I heard a scout shoot his force of nature at 0:17, but given scouts normally do that I figured he was trying to get up on the roof of mid or to the cat walk. 0:22 scout enters frame and I panic as I'd likely be killed. He missed both shots and well, you can see the rest.

Eighth video.
Was killed by a huntsman while I was facing the bridge, team mates didn't clear their surroundings. After I respawn you can see that I run to that area expecting to see the sniper at 0:17, didn't see him. Late 0:17 I noticed the demo as I jump down, but I pan over to the left side to ensure nobody is there, after that I focus on the demo. I make it in our base and notice another demo at 0:22 and I rev up, the medic gets hit and I saw it in the hud in the middle of my screen as he is healing me. I keep my gun revved expecting somebody to come in, at 0:25 a demo charges in with the Caber. At 0:26 I begin to react and begin to fire and move my crosshair over to the demo. He lands a successful kaber at 0:26 further fueling my drive to have him put down. He is then is launched up to the left side of the screen and I keep at him.

When your senses are heightened everything becomes so sharp and clear, it's like dope feeling, the rush of the moment. After the demo is killed I aim to my left to shoot the scout, which he then proceeds to shoot me with his force of nature. But I keep my aim steady and kill him. Now let us analyze this for a moment. If you have done sports or something that fuels that adrenaline rush then you will understand what I mean. And you too will know of what I mean. And this, the steady aim and precision with the crosshairs is a byproduct of years of stressful refinement to what it is now. And I take pride in in this.

Ninth video.
I had just cleared out sewer, and now bleeding by the sniper who hit me. I am awaiting for a med pack to respawn and also ready at any moment if somebody would come into the sewer with me. Jumping over the rails at 0:07 I saw a pyro, and he too saw me which he then sets me on fire, air blasts me, and launches a flare at me all with in a short time frame, and I was able to dodge a few flares, friendly demo came to help me. I pick the Natasha mini gun for heavy as it's a, as some would say. "Clutch" weapon. Given the slow down effect, you can slow down people and have a easier time shooting them, also it helps you train to track people and keep your crosshairs on target.

Conclusion over all. I have layed out my evidence to refute the false ban and false accusations. I have presented a staggering amount of evidence on my play style and my knowledge.

dunno much of the context, but from your sourcebans you had been banned before automatically/by jerma & those bans were undone, now you, unbanned person multiple times, connect from a banned IP? Again, I got no access to the IPs or anything so can't say much but yeah, I, a random pleb, think it looks kinda weird and deserving, with this whole giant thread, of a more proof-rich explanation other than "we don't unban cheaters"
also bro sick plays

I don't understand that admins problem. He doesn't want to rational. I've spoken with other admins from other servers and many people about this and many have brought up that the ban was handled poorly.
"also bro sick plays" Thank you.

I myself have reported people tooons of times, got them banned, muted, whatever, you name it.
While I don't have access to the tools/info the admins have, I myself am quite puzzled by this as well, and I honestly think @Jermaphobe 's response considering you got unbanned twice in the past for permabans (he banned you for one of them) is quite... vague and the usual quick fuck-off to appeals that are like "it was my brother!!11"

again, not an admin nor have access to their tools/info, but from what I see here/have seen in the past, this could've been a VPN (?), a change of your IP by your ISP (I think they'd check that?).. dunno really but yeah. just my 2 plebian cents

That part is also confusing is I had been unbanned but when I joined the server I was instantly banned. So I went to the discord server and asked around, somebody brought up the bans and said that it was over an IP. It was claimed that I had changed my IP and was ban evading. They asked if I was banned recently, and I stated yes. I was banned, but the ban was lifted but it banned me when I joined the server. They then claimed that I was still ban evading, how would I ban evade if I was unbanned. Upon asking the admin he called a cheater still.
