Now around a month after my perma-mute I've decided it's time to try and get it reduced.
I feel remorseful for spamming and have since deleted all of my chat binds, I have also found that I don't enjoy skial servers as much without the ability to talk to friends.
I'm not asking for the mute to be removed, just reduced to something other than permanent, as there was clear reason for a mute.
I'm just hoping for a chance to play normally again in the future.
