Alright well let me start from the beginning. I logged onto my favorite server and began to play as normal but I did install ToonHUD which just changes the vanilla HUD which isn't actually bad I mean VAC is fine with it and its not a hack. This was the first time I installed it though. Anyways I was playing as spy and after 2 kills from the letranger I get kicked from my favorite server.
Now I understand the heavy rules of hacking but I was not, I think it just detected ToonHUD and banned me. The ban claimed I was aimbotting but that is just not the case. And to note no one was claiming me a hacker? so I am not quite sure what happened. Also I love this server all my friends and my best memories are on here and I wish to make more great times with this server and my Favorite game that has helped through some tough times.
Also Proof that I was hacking is just in code which can be accidental also VAC bans are permanent and heavy so wouldn't it have detected me first
Now I understand that even though I plead not guilty I may be thought to be guilty but even if so I just hope that this server will live on and that I can be un-banned.
Also I do have screenshots that match up with the time that are proof I was not hacking

What was your in-game name when you got banned?

When did it happen?
Around 3pm
What's the specified reason?
The in-game anti cheat system claimed be a hacker when no one els did and I was banned from the game with no actual proof. Also People in the server .
Why do you think you should be unbanned?
Because there is no actual solid proof no screenshots, or spectators, no nothing that can back that up. Also this is my first appeal ever and If I were hacking why would someone do it on there main account like really.​

Sorry the UI part is a secondary account I gave to a good friend here is my current Primary one [U:1:107784347]
 
You were banned by SMAC for aimbotting. We don't overturn SMAC bans unless there's some solid evidence that proves it was somehow a false positive.

Are screenshots not enough evidence if not then ask people who where in the server at the time
 
Screenshots and player testimonies don't prove anything, especially in the case of a SMAC aimbot detection.
 
For the record to those posting here, if you don't have anything that can help advance the case at hand, please don't post. It will just be deleted. Player testimonies are not anything we can use as 'evidence'.

Here's a post from Bottiger explaining how SMAC detects aimbots in a earlier appeal.

SMAC detected you flipping almost 180 degrees in a single tick (15 ms) to land a kill, 6 times in 1 minute.

I don't believe this is possible to do without aimbot.

Unless your HUD somehow gave you unintended super powers that give you the ability to flip around in 180 degrees in a single tick and land 6 kills in a minute, your HUD isn't going to cause a aimbot detection.

Really then what may I do to get an unban. like honestly from a human to human what can i do to get an unban this is my favorite servers and whenever I have a hard day with my divorce and stuff thats going on, I go to skial and just talk with people and enjoy the day and laugh. why would I wanna hack and ruin the same experience for everyone els. If you want a fake guilty plead then ill do it as long as i know I can keep my dignity with the little I have left and the people and game play I love. Im just asking you to have a heart man. Honestly this server helps my emotional state so pleas, just pleas do what you can.

You can't get unbanned. We don't overturn SMAC bans since false positives are extremely rare so we're going to assume you hacked.
 
Its not an admin by admin thing. We don't overturn SMAC bans, unless everyone is getting SMAC'd and the people who write the code on the anti-cheat, recognizes that there's a problem. (See SMAC banning people for conga-ing, when conga was introduced).

Where is the proof that I was hacking. The only proof is written in code on a script for some program I mean VAC would have picked me up first come on this is my favorite server.

SMAC is used because it picks up things that VAC normally wouldn't.

The thread is marked invalid and you won't be unbanned so I'm going to lock this.

I just looked at this and it looks like an obvious case of someone deciding to start hacking.

You normally have a KD of 0.5 or below, and all of sudden you start killing 5+ people per minute with hitscan weapons.

Also the constant references to lmaobox.
