Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
It's been almost a month since I was banned. And I, following the advice of the administrator, waited a lot of time to make a second unlock request.
I still think that an endless ban is too severe a punishment for what I was done (to block the door at the time of one round). But, in any case, I had plenty of time to learn this lesson, to re-examine the rules and to realize that I will no longer act against the rules.
Also, I would remind you that I have not had any violations since the last ban (a year ago). And I, as an old member of the server, still want to continue to play here with my friends.
    Thank you for your attention.

If you've received ban lengths of a month, why would I let you go early this time around? You're not really showing any patience for your appeal, regret for your wrongings and haven't even apologized. The ban will remain but you may appeal it in 2 weeks time. I don't think you've changed but maybe I'll look at it differently when you appeal then.

    1. Three weeks have passed since the ban, it's almost a month. It seems to me that this is enough for the second attempt with an appeal. If by your time this is not enough, then why should I wait for two weeks instead of one for another appeal?
    2. I did not even think that I should be unbanned ahead of time. This is just an appeal, in which I expressed my opinion for a given period of time. All decisions remain for administrators and I understand this perfectly. 3. If I had not regretted what had happened, I would not have written several appeals and the wall of the text. I wrote that I had enough time to "think about behavior" and "read the rules". Is not that enough to understand that I admit my mistake?
    3. What does "changed" mean? Here you are mistaken. I've never been an inveterate griefer that spoils the game with every visit to the server. It was a single and stupid attempt to entertain for a whole year (which I would never repeat again). However, to believe me or not - this is up to the administration. And of course such an experiment with the subsequent ban is enough for me to realize that it is not necessary.
    4. The last sentence sounds as if my unban is entirely up to your mood. I can be wrong. Perhaps, I wrote the maximum of what it is generally possible to write in an appeal. And if I write one more, the text in it will not change. Yes, I made a mistake. Yes, this will never happen again. So I would like to hear the final answer. "Yes" and I wait for the end of the ban as much as the administration deems necessary. Or "No" and the permament remains.

    That's all. I hope I get reply.
P.S. Sorry for mistakes, I use basic translator.

    1. Your ban is permanent so there is no "wait period" that you must go through before I lift your ban, that's simply my decision. You should be grateful I'm even giving you the chance to appeal. I'm making you wait longer because you clearly haven't shown any regret for your wrongdoings and this is simply a way for you to try to play with your friends of Skial again
    2. Okay good, you understand this is up to the admin. If that's the case, then you should understand that I said appeal in a month, not less but it's very evident you didn't
    3. Why would you need to experiment that regardless? "Hmmm, can I intentionally exploit the map to be an inconvenience to multiple players on the server?" That's surely what was going through your head and I'm 100% certain of that or, at the very least, that ran across your mind at one point and you did not care. I'm also confident you've not shown any change of heart. In less than a year, admins have had to step in 4 times because you felt the need to exploit the map for your own amusement. I'll take the word of my fellow admins and your ban logs over your's any day.
    4. It is not up to my "mood", it is up to how I think you've changed and what impact unbanning you would have on Skial. I think the costs far outweigh the benefits and I'm sure the team would agree.
You have been nothing short of an inconvenience to the admin team and Skial servers for over a year now, you're lucky I'm even giving you a shot at another appeal. Now, either you leave and appeal in 2 weeks, taking that time to acknowledge your wrongdoings, coming back and actually showing remorse instead of a half-assed appeal that can be boiled down to "I did an exploit, I acknowledge that, unban me please" or you leave forever, one or the other.

I repeat, my next appeal will not be anything different from this. I already explained that this use of the exploit was my big and stupid mistake, which I will never repeat and for which I repented here. Moreover, I perfectly understand that if I will be unbanned, then for any misconduct against the rules I will receive a permament without the right of appeal. It's a good motivation not to break the rules, but the point is not this. The bottom line is that I really admitted my wrong and repented for it. But there is a feeling that you demand from me not that I realized my mistakes and gave an honest promise never to repeat them. And that you demand a photo, where I stand on my knees, folded palms and beg for forgiveness.
Leave the server? I could do this and take all my friends with me. But I do not want to do this because I do not want to do something bad to the server, I want to continue playing on it without such incidents as now and I appreciate all the work that administrators have done on this server. Frankly, for so many years, this server has become for me a "virtual home".

I don't understand having people post multiple appeals.

If you are comfortable with it being permanent then just say so. If you don't want it to stay permanent there are options for 2, 3, and 6 month bans.

I would not make repeated appeals if I were satisfied with the permament. I consider it unfair. This is an excessive punishment.
But since it was really such a gross violation of rules on my part, I really deserved the punishment. But not such as a permament. As I have said. I admit my mistake to the full, I am ready to bear punishment for her and I promise that there will never be a griefing on my part. Therefore, I ask you to mitigate my punishment. And if this is possible, then take into account the time that I already spent in the ban. But, of course, it's up to you, not me.

Well, that's all what I can say. Thanks for attention and still hope on reply and mitigation of punishment.

No I'm saying I don't understand why Sargent wants a second (third, now) appeal. I don't have strong feelings about the ban length. I just don't like dragging it out and wasting someone's time.
