Honestly, the length is what gets me. I understand the reason for the mute/gag, despite it being called upon to the admin by a player on the server who is friends with the admin so that he can mute me for his entertainment as he continuously claims that I am a "troll" that is trolling him, but the length of the mute/gag is ridiculous. I have played skial servers since the beginning of my tf2 "career." Whether that truly matters or not, I just feel that especially considering I was not attacking anyone or discriminating against any other person in the server, this lengthy mute/gag is unnecessary and quite infuriating. I definitely do not believe that one race is superior over another. Frankly, it was a joke and other players in the server were partaking in the JOKES. Jokes are inherently not serious and are not meant to be taken so. I am not saying that the partaking of other players in the server justifies the vulgarity, but it comes to show that it was a simple sharing of jokes. I really emphasize JOKES because, well, it was a JOKE. Again, another player simply searched for a reason to mute and gag me as when he joined, he automatically started ranting on how he was going to get me muted. If needed, I could go more in-depth on that situation, but I truly just want to either get rid of this mute/gag or seriously lower it to a more reasonable amount of time. The only reason I would go this far to type an official appeal would be because I truly saw this occurrence to be unjustified or as one might say it, "unfair." (But really, I just love playing on skial servers and the mute/gag really hinders the enjoyment..) I truly hope that someone understands my point of view and at least comprehends that I did not mean to hurt anyone. If ANYONE took it that way, I sincerely apologize and admit that anyone behind a computer can act ignorantly or inconsiderately.​

You made a racist joke and you were silenced for it. We don't allow any form of racism even if its in joke form and not being directed at any particular person.

The reason your mute is 1 week is due to your previous offenses. You have two other offenses, one of them also being for racism.

Last night there were 4 accounts of racism on the 2fortLA+ server. Yes I was the one who filed the reports but as you stated "bragging" is not part of it. I said that one of the few things that will actually get you silenced or banned will be racism. Also if you didn't notice the other players who were making racist jokes were silenced as well. I am one of the few people who reports on the 2fort+LA server because I have been a long time member of the Skial community and I understand how it works. If you think I was looking for a reason to go after you specifically then you are mistaken. I have removed friends for making racist comments before. I don't want any part of that shit.
 
Okay first off, if I may. I was the one that got the screenshot of the said "joke". I caught the screen shot of it and sent it to a friend to see if he could pass it to an admin because I don't exactly know any admins nor could find any online. And while everyone was making jokes (mostly stupid and just plain wrong jokes), yours was racist unlike theirs.
 
This appeal has already been declined. There's no need to justify the report against turbo.
