Apparently my IP has been banned around over 3years ago. I wanted to play some games but suddenly I was not able to connect anymore. I know you say "Don't know" is not an acceptable answer, but is there a way to actually find out why my IP got banned? There is no reason given so I actually have no idea what to do.​
 
You were banned for connecting from the same IP as this cheater. Given the time frame between the connections, and the lack of connections since, it seems likely this was you on an alt messing around with cheats. Since we can't know for sure who is in control of an account, our only recourse is to ban all accounts coming from the IP.
 
Hmm, okay.. So I assume there is no possibility to get to play again with my Account here itself?
