Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
Um I didn't really understand why I got banned in the first place and I don't seem to find the reason either so can you please explain to me why I got banned? I hadn't played tf2 for a year now and I just noticed I am banned. So I came here to find the reasonbit as I told you I didn't.

Someone on your IP address used an alt to aimbot on our servers and was permanently banned by SMAC. Three accounts were banned: yours, the alt, and another account that is friends with yours. You will not be unbanned as it's most likely the alt belongs to one of you.

WHAT? I can gurantee you that noone hacked from this ip adress as I've been using a mac for the past 3 years and no hack exists for mac as far as I know. And how can I be banned when I haven't even hacked? This makes no sense!

Ok I clearly recognise the friend one it's my friend's account but I don't seem to recognise the alt one. Maybe it's my friend's?

And the similar ip adress is because that friend of mine used to visit my house very often. So I guess he had a hack downloaded at some point some years ago. But how does that connect the ban to my account?

So why is it not proper to unban me since I haven't hacked or cheated in any way. Well I know I can't prove that, but since you own an anti-cheat system why should I not be unbanned? If someone hacks from my IP again I'll be banned anyways. This makes sence to me. And I could hopefully get you my friend to admit of him cheating and owning the alt account.

You are responsible for who connects to your IP and what they do on it. If he downloaded hacks and used your IP, then it was your responsibly to make sure that he didn't. It is impossible to tell if the alt account is yours or theirs so you will remain banned.
