Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

If I understand correct I was banned due to using a VPN connection with a suspect IP. Sometimes I did not realize that my VPN has been established automatically before starting Steam. I was totally banned 4 times in the past 2 years, but only for 10 minutes that is ok to remember not to use VPN. But a permanent ban I think is not OK for that.
