Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

As my block says I was Muted and Gagged for vote abuse.
I was on a Skial I had only voted once to Ban a player because from what I saw, he was making slight jerking motions and airblasted at times where it would have been impossible to tell if a rocket was fired towards you and reflected to kill me . The vote failed and I was okay about it . I did not make any votes after that. Okay, but then I got muted for voting only once, Only Once. I dont see why starting a vote once would get me a Communications Block.

It does not matter how many times you used the votemenu. If an admin sees it as voteabuse you will be silenced. The votemenu is not a toy to be used willy nilly.

Add that to you changing your name to dodge the mute and that totals to 4 rules broken. The vote abuse is just the icing on the cake.
