Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I didn't do anything on your servers my PC has been broken for over a year and i just today got it back fixed. I don't know why i was banned but my PC was broken since 2019 so I couldn't have done anything. my steam activity should show that i havent been online in TF2 for over a year. this has got to be an error. please help!​

Im not sure why. all i know is i wasnt able to play TF2 or any games on steam becuase my PC was broken for about a year. i even have a YT video of me fixing it.
