Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I was using a proxy IP while playing TF2, BUT not while playing on a skial server. I do not know why I was banned specifically because of that.​

If you are basing this claim from sourcebans, remember the time listed there is US Pacific time zone. The ban happened immediately as soon as you tried to connect, and according to your stats page you tried to connect approximately 40 minutes ago, the same time the ban was issued.

Your VPN had issued you a hacker's IP. I've unbanned you, but remember not to use a VPN or proxy again lest you get another blacklisted IP.
