Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I honestly have no idea why I was banned for Voteban: spamming. I wasn't spamming. I was playing normally and I initiated a vote to Mute player RumX for racism. He was making racist remarks in chat. Shortly after I did this, I was banned. As far as I could see, the vote to Mute him was passing, but I was banned before it could complete. I had never started a Voteban before. I should also add this is the first time I played on your server. If I get banned for using Voteban once for its intended purpose, you might want to check over your banning criteria, because that makes no sense at all. The only reason I could possibly imagine being banned for is that RumX knows the Mods/Admins on your server and he got me banned for starting a Voteban on him (for his legitimate racism).​

Your silence isn't admin issued but a vote started by a player that passed.
If you have enough evidence of it being voteabuse please file a report in the reports section accordingly.

We have no way of checking whether you actually spammed or not, so you'll have to wait it out unless you can prove otherwise.

Honestly that's a fucking terrible system. I was must have gotten silenced by the trolls..... I guess I won't be playing on your servers again.

I looked through the chat and seen no proof he used racism. Did he say it over mic? It looks like he felt that you were vote abusing not spam and the other votes agreed with him.

Unless you have proof of the offense we cannot just take your word.
