Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

For the past days I have been trying to join trade portal 2. Every time I join, I get banned after a couple minutes for 10 minutes, the reason being "Proxy IP". I don't know why this is happening or what a proxy ip is. If someone could help me it would be appreciated.​

Just go to your LAN or network settings and turn off your proxy.

That's what I do but it keeps turning back on.
