Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I don't even know why I was banned ( what does "LINKED: New STEAMID from banned IP 76.28.133.199" even mean? ) I play on skial all the time, I've never even considered using hacks or purposefully harassing anyone and have ZERO previous bans. why would an admin just ban me? I came back from being afk and found I had been banned. I go afk a lot but that's because I have a real life that pulls me away from the keyboard. SO not only would I love to be unbanned but I REALLY want to know WHY I got banned in the first place! I love that server and the people on it or I would just move on to another turbine 24/7 server. : / please help me...​

A throwaway account was caught hacking on the IP you use. SourceBans permanently bans anyone using the IP, which has only been you and other throwaway accounts. For obvious reasons, neither bans are being lifted.

The point of appeals isn't to convince people they did something wrong.
It is interesting the hacker joined the same Turbine server you were on while you were still connected, but the entire time he was active, the event log showed you were AFK. Even if you were not and it was far less suspicious, your IP would still have to be banned.

dude I did NOT make any alt, that's your own assumption. I have never hacked, nor will I ever hack. a one time chance with such loose security and your loose accusations are extremely unfair. I just want to get back on my server. has it ever occurred to any of you robots that being on a public internet connection can make people have similar IP's? if I really was some scummy hacker? wouldn't I just give up and move onto another server by now? skial turbine NY is my home and I WILL fight for it!

just lift the ban. I did nothing wrong. I would just get banned again if I was a hacker so what's the problem? I understand that people in general are dishonest, lying, backstabbing vermin, and that's it's basically impossible to believe in anything anyone says on the internet, but you can believe this: I have been playing on skial for MONTHS, have met many people on that server, and I would never do anything to jeopardize that. all I'm asking for is one more chance, especially since I was banned for no apparent reason, by a machine, and you have not even told me what hack I was banned for. in light of all this, just please let me back on.

The bottom line is someone using your IP address hacked on a alternate account. The account is a obvious throw away alt people use to hack on.

We're going to assume its your account you made, used to hack, got banned not realizing Skial bans IP addresses and now you're lying to try to get out of the ban.

If you were to be telling the truth then someone is hacking using your IP address which means you failed to secure your wifi or someone in your household on your internet is hacking. Either way, because someone is hacking under that IP address, we're going to keep it banned to keep them from returning to the servers.

go ahead and close this thread, I give up. all you are too dense to do any research on my activity within the server to weigh that against the circumstances for my ban, and instead choose to rely on some automated server bot. I'm done with the lot of you, so just close it.

The server autobanned you for lmaobox.

The free VAC detectable version of lmaobox force spams binds in chat advertising the hack which the server detects and bans you for.

And given the account under your IP was VAC banned, its safe to say lmaobox was being used.

Not only was this alt you may or may not have made banned by us, it was also caught by VAC and banned as well.

You are not on "public internet" as you claim, you're on Comcast. So the "robots" didn't make hackers have a similar IP, "they" have YOUR EXACT IP. That doesn't happen.

You can try to act angry and make us think we're wrong but the evidence is not in your favor. As was stated earlier either you or someone on your household network hacked on our servers and to stop them from returning we are keeping that IP address banned.

Prove us wrong if you're so willing to fight to play on our servers. Prove how two alts, one not set up and one VAC banned, have conveniently been connecting from your IP.
