Invalid Appeal Sungamer

  • If you are not the person that was banned/muted, you are only allowed to post evidence. Trash talk is unnecessary.
I really enjoy this server as It is mostly popular compared to empty servers and ever since the I.P ban I struggle to find a good server with a good community like skial.
 
Was this a mistake? I would like to know more as I havent recieved any notification or update upon my ban besides the fact that a previous account was banned in this I.P.
 
I'm sorry no one felt like addressing your appeal. Could you give me more details (you can PM if you're uncomfortable posting here)?

1. Have you lived in the same home/apt/condo for the past year?
2. If no, where have you moved from and to?
3. If yes, what is your ISP?
4. Has that ISP been the same one you've had for the past year?
 
Hey RMSniper, It's ok for not addressing my appeal I understand people are busy.
1. Yes I have lived in the same home for the past year.
2. N/A
3. My Isp is TWC Spectrum
4. No it hasn't I recently changed it during late november.
 
Also I do not have any siblings who play Team Fortress 2 and this ban was come across when I was looking for a server to play that wasn't empty and when I tried loading it took me inside the server and I went afk. Then I left and came back online to see the message of me previously being I.P banned and that I was using a "alt".
 
What was your previous ISP? Why did you change? If you don't mind me asking.

Also, why did your previous sungamer account get vac banned? Wouldn't you say that is evidence of you previously hacking?
 
My Isp was was at&t, I changed it because i was having issues where my internet would shutdown and at&t would take forever to come and repair, so basically I gave up and canceled the service. My previous sungamer account got vac banned because of complications with a server I was having. I was messing around with the files when trying to get a skin for my weapons to have them look like australiums. I had no clue messing around was hacking.
 
Apologies on the delay. I won't be unbanning you, but let me explain why:

The original account was banned Jan 2016. You confirmed you've been living in the same home for at least a year (thus, since at least Jan 2016). You were IP banned on Sungamer back in July. You mentioned you did not change ISPs until November. This confirms you were still on AT&T in Jan and July. This means that only someone living in your home could have been the hacker. Because you are responsible for anything that occurs on your IP (your home), you will not be unbanned.
 
I know I was banned, but I am not banned in that account on this server. I was just vac banned not from skial.
 
That account was not banned from "Skial servers" this account was not allowed for being banned on this current I.p. I have never played skial servers in this I.P I currently have so it is irrelevant to this situation my alternate account as I have not played skial nor was it the same I.P.
