Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I defended the 2 users with signs that the Admin Fenix didn’t like. players weren’t doing anything wrong. They made no racial slurs or insults, only carried signs with a swastika as a joke. Those players were there for solid hours and no one had an issue. I votemenued someone who wouldn’t stop spamming mic and not allowing anyone else to trade over it, and Fenix used it as an excuse to mute me for a week. Most comm silences are a day, but because I called him an edgelord and that he should stop picking fights and starting drama he targeted me. My forum comments were removed and the thread was locked when I commented to defend the users banned.​

The signs have been a topic of discussion for months, there’s a thread titled “confusion” that covered the arguments. I understand that you could see the signs as an issue, but in that same server at the same time was 3 people in white executioners hoods and white bruisers bandannas. Are they bannable too? Nazi artwork is not allowed on the servers, Regardless of your personal views as some do not approve of it or use it to glorify or be edgy and insult or attack others.

Cosmetics unless named in something that falls under the rules is not something we can take action on as its simply white clothing.

Arguing with the admin solved nothing as he was correctly enforcing the rules as you admited they had banend artwork on them as i have also banned many for such, And how is it a joke?.

You have 1 day ban 2 silences and now this one by fenix so following the progression of bans = 1 day, 3 day, 1 week - We arrive at the 1 month its upto @Fenix if he wants to correct the ban time or not but based on that you will most likely be facing a month silence depending on the next admin so read up on the rules.

If the name “southern hospitality” is on the name for the hood, I’m very sure it’s racial. The chat logs for that day also have multiple people breaking rules and saying the N word. I’m more so mad that my votemenu was the reason I was silenced. It was a valid one and I got pinned for abuse? After it cleared with over 94%? Literally the reason we have a console votemenu is for the server to to call a vote when admins aren’t there.

Silencing you has nothing to do with defending the people with the swastika on their conscientious objectors. You voted to mute someone who was not spamming.
