Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I got banned for using a "Proxy IP", I believe I had this happen before and got it appealed. I do not use a VPN, I'm just using my Iphone hotspot for my internet and I believe that skial picks that up as a vpn. Thank you for your time.​

no I didn't make my profile private recently. I think I made it unprivated the last time I had this problem.

Only reason I can think of is that steamcommunity.com was unreachable to verify your level at the time then.
