Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
The admin who banned me did not give a warning that my objector was against the rules. He was simply saying "Put away the objector" but gave no reason as to why. When I went to ask why, I was banned. No warning was given nor was I told that my objector was breaking the rules.​

Edit: Covering my ignorant posts. Will be waiting patiently for either an unban or until my time is up.
 
As from the moment you play on a skial server, you should behave and follow the rules skial has. It is not the task of an admin to tell the rules to anyone, it is the task of an admin to make sure these rules are followed (with nessesarry actions). Furthermore, it's an admins choise wheter to warn you or not.

Yea, I did change it afterwards mainly because I didn't realize at the time that Skial has an issue with 'nigga' being used in an obvious non-offensive way. I also didn't feel it was worth keeping given that I'd have to pretty much explain to people the context for what it's in and that didn't seem worth the ref spent on a decal tool. So, I changed it to something else (Kind of like it better now).
 
Also, just going to throw this out there even though I'm almost certain it will get negative feedback, but if skial classifies 'nigga' as a racial slur that should be removed then the word 'cracka' should be dealt with in the same manner. While I agree that the N-word is racist, 'nigga' is actually a non-hate word more of a nickname. It's also probably one of the most common words used in internet memes and such.

Well, did you actually report those that used that word?

I'm most certain that our admins aren't magical fairies that observe all the servers all day long. The ability to report other users are there for a reason.

  • Racism and other insults to gender, religion and sexual orientation. Does not include discussion of why it is against the rules.
    • Any form of the word nigger (nigga, nigg etc.) is not allowed even if you are just quoting a rap song or you are black, to prevent actual racists from using the same excuse.
Not sure how this is not clear to you. We are not gonne make a list of all words that would be banneble. But since there was a lot of hassle over the n-word, and people were try to avoid bans by saying they were quoting a song or anything else, they made the extra part for the n word.
Alltogheter, Cracka is a racist word and if an admin see's someone saying it he'll be banned. If you see someone doing it, feel free to report him/her in the right section

Alright, my apologies. Anyway, I feel this thread has gone a bit overboard from my initial stance. Forgive my ignorance. I've been playing on the servers for months now, but just today came to the forums. Not sure if my ban will be appealed or not so I guess I'll just wait patiently and maybe explore the forums a bit more. Thank you to those who read this and sorry for my earlier ignorance.
