Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I recently got banned for hacking. I was playing on NY Dustbowl when some of the players were saying how I'm hacking and such and suddenly I was banned. I really love Skial, and it's servers, I've made many friends on here and it'd be a shame to get banned for something that I wasn't doing.​

You were banned by SMAC, which automatically detects third party software used for hacking the game. We do not overturn SMAC bans. And judging from your kill feed, I doubt your story holds any merit.

I understand that SMAC is the one that banned me but I did not hack. There are lots of people who are good at the game that have killfeeds similar to mine. Plus I donated to the server with the intent to help the developers.

Donors have to follow the same exact rules as everyone else does. I appreciate that you donated, but it will not grant you any favoritism whatsoever. Unless you have video evidence or a demo that you were not hacking at the time SMAC detected you, you're not getting unbanned.

I wasn't recording a demo at the time, if I was I would have provided it to you. Is there any other way I can prove my innocence?

On the terms of service you agreed to before you paid, it specifically says:

You must still follow rules. This does not make you admin. You can still be banned or silenced!

There's too much evidence against you.

• Your SMAC detection shows an obvious aimbot. It wasn't even a subtle one.
• People on the server thought you were hacking.
• Your KD an KPM magically quadruple, making you a platinum level player.

Finally I would recommend that you cancel your Paypal claim. You will probably lose it and they will not believe you in future claims.

That's great and all Bottiger but you guys have no proof against me hacking. There is no video of me hacking, no pictures what so ever. Programs such as SMAC aren't always accurate and I will not cancel my claim with paypal.

SMAC is proof, and your KD magically going up to ridiculous levels and testimony from people in the server also proves it wasn't a glitch.

I also don't think you trying to persuade me into closing my case will help. I'll be sending your messages over to paypal as evidence.

There's nothing wrong with advising you not to try to cheat a 2nd time when the evidence is overwhelmingly against you.
