Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
The main reason I think I should be unblocked is because I literally have zero idea why I was in the first place. Upon further inspection I noticed it was an IP ban for a new steam ID from the same IP, but I've played on your servers before, so I don't understand how my ID is new.

Why does that matter, as far as I know hes never been VAC banned either.
 
Talked to the appealee(?), unbanning IP/Sheo, but banning main account, and throwaway account. Informed him if he lets this person join again from his IP, they will both be perma'd, and I will not unban that.
