Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
I was using CyberGhost proxy to connect because I was at school and steam is blocked of course. The reason under the ban info was "LINKED: New STEAMID from banned IP 67.221.255.55." I didn't think that would get me banned until I saw a thread on the Ban Forums saying it proxys shouldn't be used because hackers can use them as well. I do want to play on your servers, but being banned upon first time connecting is something I did not expect. I hope that this can be fixed.
