It's been 6 months since I was gagged/muted, I feel that I've learned my lesson and have gotten rid of troublesome binds like the ones that got me muted in the first place. I have no intention of repeating these actions.

Looking through the history of all of your silences, I don’t believe that you have learned anything. The fact that you spammed racial slurs and swastika binds so frequently leads me to believe that you won’t change. You’ve been given many chances to change your behavior, yet you never learned.
