Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Hi, it appears I've been banned for connecting from a banned IP address. Not sure why the IP address itself has been banned, it's a Virgin Media residential ISP IP address that is randomly assigned to various users.

https://www.skial.com/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist&searchText=[U:1:37984471] has also been banned for the same reason as he also uses this connection.​

Neither of us have ever cheated and there are no other Steam users from this household. My own account is about 16 years old, certainly not a burner account created to evade bans. The only possibility is that this IP address was previously assigned to another user who cheated in the past. We have absolutely no control over our dynamically assigned IP address.
