Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I think I was banned for connecting through a VPN. I didn't realise using a VPN was bannable? I can stop using it if that's what it takes. I used Private Internet Access.

I have been playing on Skial servers for a long time with no issues. I didn't realise using VPN was a perma-ban offense. I've linked a picture of my VPN window.

I think I've used the right link. I don't know what other link this form could be referring to.​

Hi, just to add some more info, I looked through the ban history for the ip I was assigned by my VPN and realised why I was banned. However, there is precedent that there was someone else who was in a similar situation to me (connecting through PIA VPN) and was unbanned. I can't link the post however because it says that I need to have 2 posts to do so. skial.com/threads/appeal-nuclear-war.66822

Connecting through a VPN, whilst not reccomended, is not against the rules - but you're using the same IP as a hacker has previously.
Because all of the evidence provided matches your story, I have unbanned you... do not use a VPN again when on our servers.
