I was told by Luke to do this. I rightfully take responsibility in knowing that killing someone on DW denial is not a slay but a ban.​

The only reason you can kill the last living prisoner is:

• If that is their Death Wish
• If they rebel during/before their Death Wish
• If they don't state their DW within 1 minute
