Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Hello, my name is Phollop and when I was trying to join your US hightower server because it keept claiming it had 23 latency when it actully had 150 and when I join I suddenly get banned for new steam id from banned IP which makes no sense. Because I use this account only for tf2 and another account for Csgo since I got a Vac ban on this account.

You were banned for connecting from the same IP address as a cheater. Considering the connection history is was pretty obvious it was you on an alt. We have a zero tolerance policy about cheating and so any accounts from this IP will be banned in the future.

So there is no way of an unban? I can confirm that I may have done it so it wasn't my "9 year old brother who did it". I don't really remember when it happend but does that mean there is no way of an unban.

No, there is no way to get unbanned. That's what a zero tolerance policy about cheating means: you're caught, you're banned, no chance of appeal, do not pass GO, do not collect $200.
