Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Here's why I should be unsilenced.

Firstly, the "no spamming" rule is very vague when it comes to the mic.

The only clause that mentions the mic is pertaining to music but, in this context, I wasn't playing any music at all...

Secondly, I wasn't spamming, I was simply playing voice clips and I was playing them in different intervals ranging in 10s of minutes...

Spam would be considered playing in intervals of seconds but I didn't do that.

Thirdly, I was playing my voice clips at a segment of time where nobody was using the microphone at all. Thus my "djing" couldn't have interfered with any of the trade going on in the chat.

Fourthly, the punishment doesn't really fit the ""crime""
Why was I muted + gagged for playing voice clips on the mic?

Muted ok but gagged as well? What if someone really was spamming and I couldn't use the votemenu to do something against it?
What if I decided to play seriously and I can't communicate with my team?

Now that I listed the 4 reasons why I should be unbanned. I'll give the full story of the situation.

I was trading in the trade server; long story short, it got boring and I noticed that nobody was using the mic for a while. So I put on my soundboard and played some voiceclips (notice that this occurred 10 pm - 11 pm at my time) and after I played them, I left to go to bed.

The next day, I did the same thing as before with the context being the same (nobody was using the mic at all, thus me playing voice clips couldn't have interefered with any trade going on).

I would also like to add that during the time of playing these voice clips, NOBODY objected to it or told me to stop.

If someone told me to stop, I would've but NOBODY told me to stop, not even the admins or regulars.​

Secondly, you were most definitely spamming and this is the third time I have personally been in the server when you were doing it. You were not playing "voice clips;" it was extremely harsh, nonsensical garbage that had absolutely no purpose but spam. Even if you were intending to play "voice clips;" that is not what you played and any "DJ" worth his salt could use voice_loopback 1 for quality control. After your previous silences, you have no excuse not to know better. I'm not lifting your ban because you haven't learned anything and nobody wants to hear whatever the hell that awful racket was. Next time, I'll be vying for a permanent silence.

We're not required to give warnings and when you play on a server you're abiding by the server's rules and how the admins go about enforcing those rules.

This means you may disagree with what we consider spam, but that isn't going to stop us from silencing you if we feel you're spamming.

The exception about music is to leave it up to the server. All non-musical spam is spam, which is not allowed.
Your misunderstanding and breaking the rules does not constitute admin abuse.

Yes it is because what defines spam?

Is Skial's idea of spam playing/saying the same sound wthin a span of 1 second? 5 seconds? 10 seconds?

Again, it's very vague.

If the rule flat out said "NO Micspamming", then we wouldn't even be having this discussion.

Secondly, if the music over choice chat spam is left to a server vote, why isn't sound clips over mic left to a server vote?

Again, you are being punished for spamming, which you did do and have a history of doing. Let me reiterate; for the third time, for the same thing, you are being punished. You can argue about it until your Appeal is locked but it won't make any difference. You know you're breaking the rules and if you had any sense, you would stop breaking them. It's much easier to just not spam than to fight this uphill battle; trust me.
