Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
I was banned for friendlying during a round of vs saxton hale. I believe I should be unbanned because I was not actually friendlying, but I can see why it looked as though I was. On VSH, taunting grants mini-crits for a short period of time. I was playing as heavy, and using a taunt in an area of water that constantly restores health to any player in said area. I was planning to stop taunting when saxton hale tried to attack me, in order to use the mini-crits granted from taunting to deal extra damage and knockback to Hale, and to use the water to survive longer. Even though I was not actively trying to chase down hale, or shoot him from a distance, I was not friendlying, but playing defensively. Even though the ban is only 3 days, I wish to be unbanned as soon as possible, as I enjoy playing on Skial servers nearly every day.​
 
I know some players like to camp areas and they'll taunt while waiting for hale which is fine, but when hale came by you never made any effort to attack him. You kept riding around in your bumper car taunt and after he left I heard you say on the mic "It's working. He didn't see me".

If you were waiting for him why did you make no effort to attack him when he came around?
 
My goal was to not be seen for as long as I could, as the mini crits/crits for being one of the last players would have provided a huge advantage, allowing me to continuously deal large damage and knockback without having to refresh with a taunt.
 
I brought up the shadow play video I have of the round and after watching it and I'll go ahead and give you the benefit of doubt and unban you

As for your hiding spot it looked to me like you weren't seriously trying to hide and were joking around since you were smack dab out in the open but after rewatching the video I can see how that spot could make you easy to miss by a distracted hale on the ground level even if its not that good of a spot

But waiting in one spot and not attacking hale the whole round until you're the last one left for minicrits is bordering on the gray area. You're allowed to camp spots but you should still attack hale when you see him come by instead of waiting until you're the last one left for minicrits
