Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

This was a false mute by the admin. I never said anything "racist" on the server, the admin "Profit Potential" simply muted me because we got into a heated argument and he felt like he needed to hurt me because of the things I said to him. I'd like to see his evidence of racism. I play on this server every day. It's the only trade server I play on and it really matters to me, so you can understand how important it is to me that I can speak and chat on the server. I know better than to say anything racist to an administrator, especially one that I had recently been in an argument with.
I think I should be unmuted and the admin's behavior should be looked into because of his blatant abuse. You must be very skeptical that a skial admin would do something like this, and so was I, which is why I was so surprised that I was muted and gagged. I was talking into voice chat for about twenty minutes before I realized I was muted and gagged! Thank you for your time and patience.​

You may not have been aware that I was in the server, but there was a conversation between you and another player that involved your being asked what flavor applesauce you were eating, to which you replied "apple flavored, nigga". In addition to your racism, I let you off with a warning for two counts of votemenu abuse, for which I very recently unsilenced you per your appeal. Your repeated and blatant rule breaking, lying on appeals, and complete lack of remorse or responsibility for your actions give absolutely no reason for your punishment to be lifted.

You have an obvious conflict on interest here because you were in the heated argument I mentioned and you have no evidence that I ever said that. I made a report against you because of the obvious abuse of your admin powers.

I'd liek to see what a more impartial party thinks of this event because you aren't being objective in your thinking. Of course you would want to invalidate any claim that you could be abusing your powers.

I'm bi-racial and I go to an inner city school. There's nothing racist about that and if you read the actual words it's pretty clear that there is a joke being made. I've heard dozens, and i mean DOZENS of people say the n word with an r on the end while BBQ was in the server and he did NOTHING about it. He just wants my mouth closed because he is angry at me for arguing with him. If you were in the server at the time, theen you surely must have heard how upset we both got and you would understand he would want to do this to me.

A debate or argument is not worth risking my reputation nor position. If I were going to "abuse admin powers" as you say, it could have been done during the conversation, not ten minutes afterwards for no reason. I am fully aware that we disagreed on the subject of our discourse, but I never did anything to you with my abilities other than silence you for your usage of "nigga" over the mic. Please just accept your deserved punishment and move on.

As you can clearly see by the Rules, your race does not make it acceptable to use any form of the "n-word":

Any form of the word nigger (nigga, nigg etc.) is not allowed even if you are just quoting a rap song or you are black, to prevent racists and kids using the same excuse.

I would also like you to know that I personally take offense to you being "lax" on the rules about racism. I remember a player named horse man or something similar who used the n word ceaselessly, sometimes while you were present and active, who would go unpunished. If I had thught of it at the time, I would have included that in the report I made about you. As for the votemenu abuse, since I made that appeal in which I PROMISED never to abuse the vote menu again, I have not done it. I called votes against people who were actually racist and people who were actually spamming.

Since it is 6 AM where I live and I desperately need sleep, I will end this conversation until later. There is a clear and present bias against me in this situation and considering how heated it got it is very likely that you reacted more adversely to my comment than you would have otherwise, A.K.A. bias, which would constitute malpractice and abuse of your "reputation and position." I see no reason why my unfair punishment shouldn't be lifted and your activities shouldn't be looked into.

I can't be at my computer 24/7, but I promise you that I punish, or at least warn, every player I witness breaking the rules without exception. I'm sorry to say that I can't catch every single violator, but I must inform you that your interpretation of our Rules is likely very different from others' and Skial's, especially regarding racism and spam. Being that you have admitted to your offense of racism [usage of nigga] on your appeal, there is nothing more to say. Moving forward, please read the Rules and be aware of what is acceptable on the servers.
Also, if you see rules being broken, you are always able and encouraged to file Reports.

I would also like to mention that earlier today I tried three times to votemute a player for singing the racist song "moonman" which contains multiple instances of the N word, and when you came on the server you told me that unless there was proof that he said it then there was nothing you could do. Since there is no proof that I said this comment, you shouldn't be allowed to bring it up either. I did NOT admit to saying that, I argued the point that it wasn't racist. Surely your interpretation of spam must be "lax" as well because you left rap music playing in there server for about two hours last night.

The difference between your example and the situation at hand is that I, and several others on the server, heard you say "nigga". That is why you were silenced. Your complete denial of your actions and the legitimacy of our Rules is why you will stay silenced for the duration of your punishment, which is both fair and deserved.

If you said the n-term, your silence is placed properly. Since it seems you used a microphone to talk about those political views there is no way we are able to intervene into Prophet's action and judgement. In fact some user posted in this thread that what you said indeed happened. Although said user only registered today to back up Prophet and is on Prophet's friendlist aswell we can not take these indicators against him per se. Infact you happen to admit you said that.

You can check back with our rules which clearly state that the n-term is banned from our servers.

We will investigate into the report you made against Prophet, but in this case he seems to have done his job appropriatly. Except I missed something obvious of course.

Thank you very much T-Wayne. I'm very glad someone impartial responded as per my request. Some clarifications: the "n-term" conversation, according to prophet, happened while I didn't know he was on the server, some point in time after or before our argument. The "appropriate" job done here may seem that way, but I would've been let off with some sort of friendly, concise warning if I wasn't on Prophet's bad side. It's a shame that I now feel the need to record everything I do on skial servers now because I'm no longer liked by Prophet, wasting computer performance and time. Just earlier today I heard a player's joke "Can I micspam so you can mute me for a week because you don't like me?" to which Prophets response was "I'll mute you for a month if you want." Anyway, I'm glad you decided to spend time on this issue T-Wayne.

He can not mute you for a month just because he wants to, we all have to follow certain rules. He is able to mute you for 1 full month however if you happen to be on your 4th rule violation. If you happen to repeatedly break rules you will be punished longer, yes.
If you fear that Prophet might turn the report you made against you or find silly reasons to ban you, your only way would be to record your sessions whenever you see him around.

About warnings, I agree in certain points that warnings are appropriate. Those are people that keep taunting, or spam in their mic. But in my opinion derogatory terms like you said deserve no warning and need to be stopped immediatly. It is unfortunate your first contact with an admin has been displeasing but you can change the way you talk from this point onward and you will not run into any more conflicts.
