Im sorry for a trans user (Name i've forgotten) that reported me because of vote abuse on Skial's Harvest Server that happened around 8pm to 11pm
The only reason why i votemuted them was because of a whole argument of a cheating player "44" or "77" (which i didn't know was cheating) playing on this server.
The argument got so big was that other users were to join in to accuse them for those false accusations they were accusing for because he was simply "Good" at the game. Which it was possible he was not good at it, and it could've been a possible case that he was using cheat software "LMAO Box" to be better at the game. LMAO Box was a software that completely avoids VAC's cheat system and Skial's Custom cheat software while retaining that aimbot so he was specifically "good" at it which, is the reason why he was not VAC banned for it. He was lvl 11 for a good measure on Steam Profiles.
And for the votemute menu. I've only gave out twice in this server. One was for a trans user and the other was a user (I've accidentally votemuted "duck" that was repeatedly saying "shut up" instead of the other user) that i gave my report on for music spamming and mic spamming, and other inappropriate acts on skial's report page.
And although for the mute on trans user. I've only muted them because of an argument that's happening on this server that this guy happens to be cheating on this server.
I only got shot 3 times by that user 77 while i was playing as scout, 2 close ranged and 1 near a far cover i've entered in at a fast rate.
I asked him how he was "that good" at the game in the chat and he simply said "it was skill" which it was not. Then Trans user came up to the discussion to say "No, i think he's cheating"
I asked him '77' if what sens he was using (Im a new computer user. I've spent most of my gaming time on console so i may be a little crap on pc gaming) and '77' replied "1.67" and claimed he used "raw input" for that matter. I did copied those settings, hoping i can get better than him.
But then Trans User (Sorry for using that name, I hope it avoids confusion when explaining the situation) got a bit pissed and explains the reason why '77' was cheating. Examples were "You can't hit headshots constantly. That's fuckin impossible for most pro snipers" and "Are you fucking kidding me? I think he's cheating!"
Their behavior was so pissy and big that other users in this server joined in and explained that 77 wasn't cheating (which he is) and that he's simply good at the game.
And thats when the argument got up very hefty
When i was playing tf2. I didn't have my mic up at the time. Mostly because i was playing. And i just asked 77 what sens he used and other advices to be pro at sniper. It was just casual. Thats when Trans user decided to bring me up to the conversation and said "No Mcgolden, He's cheating. He's actually fucking cheating. Don't believe his fucking lies"
The argument hues and got a bunch of users very angry and decided to tease onto them for false accusing a cheater.
And Trans user basically fought back the argument with proof that wasn't explained much.
And then the argument goes on and on and on and, when a bunch of users got very. fucking. pissed. That i decided to grab my mic and say this. "OH MY GOD! STFU [their name] YOU ABSOLUTE DICK. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF HE'S CHEATING OR NOT. STOP FUCKIN COMPLAINING YOU ABSOLUTE FUCKING ASSHOLE" into the mic, really loud to get everyone's attention.
It wasn't really my intention to get really angry at them. I just wanted to play the game. and have fun. but when trans user responded with "He's cheating, He's cheating you fucking retard", i decided to get really pissed when i said "he's not, he's fucking not. if he's cheating, does it really fucking matter? I've only just asked. You started complaining about it if he's cheating or not. Does it fucking matter? I just wanted to play the game."
I wasn't really toxic before the argument happened. I was just having fun and casually saying "Fuck" and ":(" everytime i get killed. Just like every tf2 game in session.
But the argument started going strong beforehand. When Trans User got pissed with other users that ended with other users started calling them "Man child" and "Pissy crybaby" towards them [Trans User]. And Trans User started calling me a "Retard" when i said "let me play the game, i don't think he didn't do anything wrong." beforehand.
77 even changed his name to "[Trans user] owner" as a nickname to compensate with the argument. And left afterwards. Pissing them off.
Then it happened to know they [trans user] claimed to help with Valve's VAC ban system back in 2016 to help with the current cheaters. The VAC ban system was very shit, like so fucking shit, there's a reason why cheaters still exist on this server. No wondered why Valve gave up working on anything important and worked on the things that gave them trucks of money.
Then i asked them for proof if they did actually worked for the company. And they said "Why do you need fucking proof? There's your proof!"
Usually people that worked for valve get this community related item if they played tf2. Like an unusual item or something cool since Valve is a private company. And they don't trust others than themselves. I tried to check their BP if there's a item for it and it didn't work? Skial's reasons is the case i think...
When the argument was kinda cooling down, but it was still heated when users were calling them out for it. And some user was blaring music for it (the person i reported to skial)

That's when i had my final straw and decided to votemute them for "spam". When everyone voted on them. Them was muted for 30 mins. My original intention was to vote mute them for "toxic behavior" but i realized Skial doesn't have that rule applied to their rule page. Then i noticed i was either fucked or hoping things don't go wrong for me. It still felt like a justifiable mute, but for them it was not. Because i broke a rule for it.
Some of the users stated that they was trans and nonbinary. Which i didn't noticed until now by how many times i called them "he/him" without even noticing. Then i checked their profile page and they was a veteran of tf2 with over 20k hours of gameplay time. It even claimed they was working for valve for VAC ban system updates. So i quickly thought to myself "why the fuck do you need to get so fucking angry about it? You're a fucking veteran. They shouldn't act like this. Just fucking report them"
And a bunch of users was talking about it as well. Stating they was trans and what not. I started to believe that he wasn't trans in the first place because his voice was very deep (he was female to male trans) and most trans male's don't sound like that.
I thought of this out of anger and reasoning about his voice. Like the 5 stages of grief
Shock and denial
Pain and guilt
Bargining (like im doing right now)
Depression
Acceptance
Then i started to realise that she's actually trans and discriminating about him. Which i started to feel bad about it. When he/they was still muted. I typed into the chat to say im sorry for muting you.
When they was unmuted afterwards. They [trans user] started feeling sad about it. I started feeling a bit of anger and sadness which is the reason why i don't like to talk to people in Skial tf2 anymore because theres a bunch of dicks within them. And they started pulling the report card on me simply that i was angry about it.
I quickly said "sorry for muting you" in chat. (because he !ignored me) and they didn't accept my apology because i muted them for toxic behavior.
They started to have a casual conversation about whats going on with the world with a dude that was transphobic before, which is kinda hypocritical. Since i didn't even say any slurs about him being trans
I said i wanted to joined on the conversation about what they're talking about. But trans user decides to ignore me about it.
So i decided to wipe away the argument and said "good. have me ignored then"
"Maybe stop arguing about someone you think is cheating. I don't like to hear arguments."
So, in overall. Im sorry for whats happening in the server. Im hoping that doesn't happen again.
And please add toxic behavior in the rules page? You don't have to. But it gets annoying when people decides to be a bitch toward others.
