Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
I was going on a skial server for the first time and I could not because I was banned. the reason behind my ban is because my steam id is from a banned ip address which makes sense because me and my brother live together and he was banned from skial (even though he never cheated). I don't have any vac bans on my account. That's how I can prove I never cheated or have any hacks.

I don't have any vac bans. that's how I can prove I don't cheat. I've never even been on a skial server. I just bought 15 keys to start trading there
 
I wasn't banned for cheating. I was banned before I ever got on a server because my ip address is banned, thanks to my brother.
 
Because steam accounts are free we have to assume all accounts coming from a given connection are under control of the cheater. To stop them from coming back on more alts we will instantly ban any accounts from said connection.
