Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Hi admins, i dont underestand, why i'v been banned already three times :( Reason: Proxy IP S1 - what is that means? I moved to new appt and have new internet connection. I can play on other Steam servers, but you keep me banning. Why? im not doin anything wrong. Please help me, i like your Skial servers so much. Thank You and sendin greetings from Czechia :) Martin​
