Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
The demo that showed me shooting and standing still for 15 seconds at least, I was changing loadouts as you see me in the demo I go to the resupply cabinet to change my loadout, I shouldn't be banned for that. I've played for 7 hours today and all it takes is a couple of seconds of me changing loadouts to get banned? http://i.imgur.com/2cuOH5A.png shows my stats for December, 22, 2013.​
 
I speak for quite a few of the regular's on Skial's 2fort NY, server. I have to say thatI have no respect for Snitches, and when I come on every so often to read these forums, I see Pyroboy's name almost every day, making a ban appeal that was practically not necessary. As for the one that banned user Mage, try to look at the situation from every possible angle instead of releasing the ban hammer, as your little puppy dog Pyroboy's going to lose a lot of respect on the Skial servers if I have anything to say about it.
 
It is everyone and not only Pyroboy's duty to make reports, also yours Bermyx.

However, you will have the wait for response of the admin who issued the ban.
 
I don't see any large gaps in your event log which means you were active so I have no idea why Chuckwagon decided to ban you.
 
The demo he saw only showed 15 seconds of what i was doing, I was testing out my loadouts with spy and was active the whole day until when i get back on to play and then I'm banned.
 
the first gap, i was put in spec cause i left to get something to eat an came before it kicked me as you see i killed someone when i came back and the last one it kicked for being afk and then i came back at 15:19:44 but i was already banned, doesn't it take 5 minutes for afk manager to kick someone?

and i'll admit last time i was bypassing afk manager but this time it was not the case, you can't just assume that because this person did something in the past that he's gonna do it again in the future, that's not right at all
 
The afk manager kicks after 5 minutes, we don't ban people for 3 days for staying in spawn for 4 minutes...

Then he left and re-joined.

If someone is trying to bypass AFK manager they wouldn't do this.

AFK Manager kicks to spec after two minutes for non-donators. Mage is not a donator.

The demo was 50 seconds long in and of itself. Call it bypassing AFK or call it griefing by not helping your team. I don't care. Either way I'm not unbanning.

It warns you that you will be moved to spec in 120 seconds after about a minute or two in practice, actually
 
and it has another countdown while you're in spec as well, so all together it would be 5 minutes total and which demo were you watching that it was 50 seconds, and besides 50 seconds out of 7 hours is all it takes to get banned for 3 days?
 
I'm going to unban you because this is completely asinine. 99% of players hang out in spawn for a minute or two because they are changing settings, loadouts, taking a piss, etc. We're not going to start a precedent of banning people who are active for taking a two minute break. I could understand if you were using a movement script to intentionally dodge AFK manager or if you were doing this for several rounds. But that was not the case at all.
