have no idea why was i banned, the reason is that the account is new, but i've had it since i got this game in 2009

If you are not the person that was banned/muted, you are only allowed to post evidence. Trash talk is unnecessary.
A few things could have happened. You have an alt account that was banned which means you can't use your IP. You invited someone over to your house who used hacks, as a result got your IP banned. Or the ever so popular my Brother got my IP banned. Or if you've gotten a new internet provider there may be a chance that you got a banned IP, thats unlikely, but slightly possible. You'll need to think about how and or why your IP is banned.
Are you looking for the right IP, also if you tried connecting to a banned IP this could happen.
i recall nothing of these to have happened. only i use this computer, i hate hacks, and all i wanna do is have some great time playing this game, this used to be one of my favorite servers and now i can't go because of something i have no idea of.

These accounts are linked to your IP, so unless you can prove it's not your fault I don't see your IP getting unbanned.

It would make sense of some things, but since that isn't the case, I'll have to investigate this matter further.
well, if by any chance this helps, i've bought the game with the orange box while i lived in canada during an exchange program, than i got back to brazil, where i actually live, and since february i live here in germany for a scholarship. is this one of the things that doesnt make sense?

I can't say for sure. There are a lot of accounts tied to that IP so it will take a little time to figure out why.
but i can't understand, i've played here in germany sometimes, and than one day i was simply banned, out of the blue. if there's anything i can do, just say it, i'll be glad to help
i play in a laptop, since i've moved to germany i've only used it here. i don't know if it would help me or destroy me, but i don't know if you know, here in germany we cannot see many videos on youtube because of some law, than i've downloaded a program, which changes my ip to usa location so i can see the videos. i use it sometimes and forget to turn it off before playing. i've looked for the ip which i was banned, and it goes to the company that is the owner of the software. i think there are great chances this was the senario. the name of the program is hotspot schield. you can check it up, the company is this archor or something like it. http://www.ip-tracker.org/locator/ip-lookup.php?ip=199.255.210.174 . but this is not my actual ip. hope it helped me, and not destroyed
