Hello, I came here to make an appeal because I got falsely accused and the mods didn't even do their research correctly. I got accused by "Dave The Manly" who was being in super-serious mode, tryharding way too much, and flaming me for doing only what should be done in videogames, especially in team fortress 2. I was having fun. And not the kind of fun that would set back or hurt anyone as I was being accused of. I ran away from the cells to sit at the bowling alley, doing nothing, but only amusing my fellow prisoners. I didn't free kill. I only shot 2 guys for sitting in spawn when the warden said they had to step on the yellow line, and that was my first round of being a gaurd. I admit, I shot Dave, but not even close to what I was accused of. I first of all didn't have a FaN, I had the stock scattergun. I didn't shoot him 5 times, I shot him 2 times. I also only shot him in the healing house, or whatever it is called. He healed up in an instant, and knowing this was the only reason I did this. I know it's not good behaviour, but nowhere near ban-worthy. That brings me to the next point, I got accused of killing him in the next round by shooting him in to a taunting soldier with my FaN. As I already stated, I didn't use the FaN, but the stock scattergun. He got pushed into the soldier by a heavy, who also shot him multiple times. I hereby request nothing else but my mute to be revoked for I did nothing ban worthy. Thank you for your time.​
 
You were abusing vote, trying to mute dave for spam... Even though he wasn't spamming.
 
If you want to be unbanned you shouldn't come in here fighting your appeal saying that the mods/admins aren't capable of their job. That will just make them less inclined to unban you.

Stop lying. That was not what I meant with that statement, don't act like you know and stop getting all of your friends onto my posts, fight this one on yourself, Dave the not so manly. What I meant with that statement is that he turned into a child that just got his candy stolen as soon as someone started to rebel. I didn't try to fight the law either, I fought your false accusations and for my rights as a gamer. Don't reply to this, I won't bother to reply to you, because unlike you, I'm not searching for fights, I'm trying to have fun in videogames, their original purpose. If you want to go ahead and be a serious prick, I suggest ignoring me, as I will do the same from now on for I have no intent of living my life, being an asshole to people I just met. I'm trying to smile. Have a nice day, and stop ruïning mine.

I don't know any of these people. You should try to take your own advice and get your facts straight before saying shit. Your candy will be given back within what, ten more hours? There's no need to cry.

I didn't abuse vote. I tried to mute Dave because he was spamming everyone in the server to killed me. Last time I checked, spamming was a reason to get vote silenced. He was spamming. I vote silenced. Your argument is invalid and I don't see the problem here.

Hi, I'm a mod. I'm declining the appeal, as you did voteabuse Dave, he was not spamming, and you still tried to mute him. If you have a problem with a person, you can always client mute them, and not voteabuse.
