Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
I live on a college campus that blocks peer to peer connections. In order to play on campus, I need to use a VPN or the game stays at "Parsing Game Info" when trying to load in. One of the IP's that it cycled through must have been banned, so my Steam ID was banned. Skial owns a lot of servers and not being able to play on them is annoying when I want to play with my friends.​
