Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Two years ago I was banned for playing on the same IP that was used by somebody that was banned for hacking.

I never use proxies and I have also never been banned on any other server.

Unlike the two others who successfully appealed from bans on this IP, the fact you joined through the same IP three minutes after the original SMAC ban is far too suspicious to considering unbanning your Steam account.
