Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
The reason I shouldn't be muted and gagged is because, first, spamming a bind 6 times shouldn't result in a permanent ban. Now I know I have been banned for a month, but that shouldn't come into play with this.

I spammed a bind saying "Selling an unusual trade me!" or something of that level around 6 times, and after an admin (I don't remember his name) said, "stop" and I said "make me" he banned me for a day then extended it to permanent.

Now lets go deeper into the fact the admin said "stop." I had no clue he was an admin. If you have a brother or sister and they tell you to stop doing something, you're going to keep doing it. Not unless they have authority. If they have authority... you'll stop right away.



Can Ruelel not be the one to look at the appeal? I know he'll say no.​

Because of the number of previous bans and comm blocks. You have lost your speaking privileges on Skial. You may still play and connect to the servers though.

I will say again as I have said before that an admin's warning should be known that it's coming from an admin. Ruelel is one of the admins who repeatedly "warns" players without identifying himself as an admin or at least pointing out that they are breaking the rules. That doesn't change anything in your situation though.

So console bans count towards this???? And I don't know if you deleted my comment above because I keep refreshing it but... Like I said before, I can guarantee you most of those mutes and gags are either GyroVolve!, ZODIAC, Captain Explodes a lot or Kool Aid.
 
No, you have enough bans and gags from admins to warrant a permanent silence.
