I do not understand why I have been banned. I've played on Steam for over 17 years and I have never done or said anything that I thought was wrong or inappropriate. The reason given was "Friendly". What does that mean?​

No Zeo, I was only playing as soldier and pyro and all I do is play defense. Thanks, for getting back to me and I will wait for @Phantom 5.0 in the morning.

In the demo that was provided, an A-posing scout had the intel but was walking around your base calling out voice commands. You approached him while playing pyro yet didn’t attempt to stop him from obtaining the intel (objective).
