Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

The time I have been muted for is too long and doesn't help me learn my lesson. In fact it just aggravates me. A user by the name of nikko487 has been intentionally trying to get on my nerves which is part of the reason why I used such language. I take a lot of verbal abuse from a variety of people in reality and on the internet. But the bad people always get away with it and I'm the one punished if I even squint in anger. If you really think I should be muted, make it a day or two.​

As Luke has pointed out. You've been silenced for the same thing before and you continue to still do it. You don't show any remorse in your appeal and will likely do it again in the future when your silence is over.

As for your problems regarding other players. You can easily mute them with the in game mute function or type !ignore "playername". These tools are at your disposal and can easily solve your problems.
