I have never used a cheat or anything while playing TF2. All i was doing was enjoying a game on upward and then all of a sudden i got banned. I dont know if it was caused by something i was running in the background that somehow got injected into the game or not, but i did NOT cheat. I know you have no reason to believe me but i swear this is what happened. I have been playing on your servers since 2010 and i have never ever cheated. I dont even know what the reson i got banned for stands for. I only checked out SMAC and figured out it stood for "Source Mod Anti Cheat" and thats how i figured out it said i was cheating, but i dont know what the crit thing means.
I am desperate since almost all my friends that play TF2 are playing on your servers and for the fact that i really didnt cheat. ;(
I can understand why this would seem like a lame excuse for somone just wanting their ban lifted since it clearly states i cheated, but i dont know what else to say then i did not do it.
I also know that i am reporting this a bit to late but i didnt know what to do.
Please, if there is any further information you require, please let me know.​
 
We don't overturn SMAC bans unless we know for sure it was a false positive which are extremely rare.

And a crit/spread violation if I'm not mistaken basically means something was trying to force crits or was tampering with your eye level (eye level being where bullets spawn from) and these aren't possible to do without cheating.

Okay i understand why you cant unban me when you put it like that. it's just that i have never ever used cheats and got banned from your servers, which confuses me :(
