Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I realize this ban is over 4 years old and I probably should have appealed it back when it happened but at the time I didn't realize it was permanent and thought maybe it would have expired.
Looking at the SourceBans log, apparently the reason I was banned is that my IP address matched someone's who was banned beforehand.​
