Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
I believe I was banned because I logged into my steam account on my friends computer since I wanted to play with my items on my account, and his IP was blacklisted so when I tried to join a server my account became permabanned. This ban happened 2 1/2 years ago so I completely forgot about it as I don't play TF2 much and I didn't realize it would blacklist my steam account since I tried to play on a blacklisted IP.​

Considering you and two throwaway accounts were all banned within 12 hours of each other, it seems highly unlikely that you just happened to connect on your "friend's" computer on the same day they were banned. This has all the earmarks of a single person making throwaway accounts to screw around with cheats not realizing they would get IP banned.
