Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

First reason:
Telling me that it's spam because i was happy that the trails came out
Telling me that it's ghosting when i remind him of the rebeller who killed me when i'm guard and how he looks like so he won't confuse any other prisonners
Telling me that it's yet another spam because i called out his name four times to check on this prisonner whom i was unsure to kill because i can' tell if he was following orders,but he ignores and instead muted me.
I've been playing for this server for almost a year,almost made it to it.And this is yet the first time that i've been muted for something people did in my whole time playing jaiblreak since day one.I understood the reason why i was banned that was why i didn't make an appeal,but this is too ridiculous.
And this is a personal message to sroy:You gave me two chances in which the first one i can't even uderstand how it's spamming,you may go ahead and paste the chat log.And the second one,i've played for almost a year and you're telling me NOW,NOW!That this is ghosting?No,that is too ridiculous.
And you said you gave me a chance(for something i don't even understand why it's considered spamming and ghosting)then mute me after calling out your name four times,FOUR TIMES!You know,you're the reason most regs in jailbreak left,I readded you because i thought maybe you have a good side in yourself,but no.You're just the same,i can never hope for you to be nice to anyone,and i feel bad for anyone who would be muted or banned for such reasons like this from you.​

This is the first incident listed, the reason why I counted this as spam is because it was flooding out all the other chat in the box, which is important for jailbreak.
Since you were excited about it, however, I warned you and said please do not do it again.

This is the second instance and the ghosting instance.
I posted in the jbrules thread giving any information while you're dead on any team is against the rules. You were telling me this guy is a rebel. That is ghosting.
However, since the rules were put out fairly recently and you seemed to not know that was ghosting I let you off with another warning.

And in the third instance you were flooding chat again and flooding out what everyone was saying.
I had given you 2 chances prior and asked you not to do it again and you still did it.

Even if it is slight spamming and ghosting, I think I gave you enough chances to stop.
Unless another admin has an objection I am going to keep the silence on.

I agree most of people and me left jailbreak because of the unneeded bans mutes and abuses I got muteded for opening mic for 3 seconds

That was an accident and it was my first time and got muted without warn also with new ruleslot of people lost theşr favorite games such like Hatday,Line Games Also With new rules rebeling or escaping is almost impossible and lot of people dies even on fd becuase of new 4:30 Rule... For me old rules were better for everyone.

Sroy is just doing his job. You could have tried talking to him in PM instead of typing every 2 seconds in chat just to get his attention. If Sroy didn't enforce the rules people would still be freekilling, ghosting, and spamming chat. He can't be lashing out at people for spite/revenge because they are breaking the rules.

I gave you 2 chances prior, so I think my decision was correct.
However, I would gladly invite any admins who disagree to come and post their opinion, since I do not want the judgment to be or seem biased.

To the others posting in the appeal; we do not take witnesses as evidence. We would need something more solid, since people can just gather their friends up to try to get unbanned otherwise.

Sroy is just doing his job. You could have tried talking to him in PM instead of typing every 2 seconds in chat just to get his attention. If Sroy didn't enforce the rules people would still be freekilling, ghosting, and spamming chat. He can't be lashing out at people for spite/revenge because they are breaking the rules.

JB is a lot more work-heavy compared to regular TF2 server, because there are more rules. Sroy is just taking the rules and enforcing them, just because you are a regular in a server, doesn't mean you cant't get punished for breaking the rules. Be glad Sroy has been giving warnings, because we don't have to give warnings, but most people like them so they don't get banned/silenced.

I'm not complaining about the fact that he gave me chances,i'm complaining of how ridiculous my reasons of being muted was.But it doesn't matter,i'm done.I'm officially done,you just lost yourself another jailbreak regs,and soon you will realize how messed up the server has become.Skial jailbreak had it's golden days,the days i wish to relive.Now the server is just ridiculously messed up.I'm talking this from myself and my fellow reg friends who left for the same reason.Farewell Skial.
