because i did not cause any trouble i just log in my account, join in the server and BAM banned for 1 day , my told son me that he got banned with his account , because he was having issues with the computer and was unable to play correctly and the people thinked that he was trolling or griefing

well my son told me right now that he was triying to resolve the issue with the computer and thats why he was afk for some moments
 
According to the report, your son spent about 45 minutes bypassing the afk manager by jumping around in spawn. If he was having pc issues, he really should have logged off instead of taking up a player spot. @Khed is the admin who dealt with the report so I will let hm take care of this how he sees fit. Thanks for your patience.
 
Appeal granted. I unbanned both accounts.
Next time you have problems with the computer you should do what Bigshula said and disconnect until the problem gets fixed.
