What I believe to be the case of this invalid ban is the fact is the glitch were you can see in use spy's talking in voice chat. You see if a spy is talking in voice chat and is invisble the speech bubble above is shown so of course I took advantaged. I can not show proof but you can do it yourself with a buddy.​
 
That might be a good reason for an unban if the spy used voice chat during the demo. He did not.
