I should be unbanned because i have no prior knowledge of being on skial at all and it says new IP. I am just overall confused at this point​

Seeing as how the connection is a private IP connection (Comcast) coming from your home, I can say that you’re not using a VPN and not the victim of a tainted IP.

It’s safe to say that you, or someone in your home was cheating on your network. I’ll go out on a limb and guess it was the infamous “little brother?”
