Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

i should be unblocked because i did nothing everyone on the server wanted to block a person that was really annoying. then i tried to block him 3 times because everyone on the server hated him. then he tried to block me and i got blocked. his name was Adam Sandler http://steamcommunity.com/id/lolqqmoarfgt​

If you start a vote and it doesn't pass. Don't restart the same vote multiple times. Obviously if your vote doesn't pass then not everyone thinks he's annoying. At that point you should just client mute the user instead of starting another vote.

Being annoying isn't against the rules. By calling a vote against him, you were abuse the vote menu. Appeal is denied.
