I'd also like to note it's been almost 4 months since my last comm ban. Someone needs to calm their ass down here and stop abusing their "admin powers"

It's not really abusing admin powers if you keep breaking the rules. You have been silenced 3 other times all for the same reason. I highly suggest that you read these, because your next punishment is permanent.
 
Considering I haven't been on your servers for over a week and when I WAS on there I didn't break any rules. This month ban when all he's going off is OLD chats is completely stupid and rather childish. "Hm let's ban this guy because he was breaking the rules *days/weeks/months here* ago because I got bored and decided to read his chat logs even though he hasn't been breaking our rules recently."
 
12 days ago..so almost 2 weeks ago. Sorry that shit becomes irrelevant. If someone got their precious little feelings hurt then they would have reported me. No need to ban me for shit I said 12 days ago.

It doesn't matter how long ago it was when you said something racist. You still said something racist. We were just slow on the punishment this time around.
 
Especially when Avenger just randomly got bored and decided to go through my logs and comm ban me. He wasn't even going to until I told him to, "Go ahead and abuse his admin powers" for threatening to comm ban me for old shit.
 
I will give you admins credit though, you aren't immature little brats like the people voting on my post. :)

It wasn't randomly, you started spamming dumb ratings on people who made racism reports, because they were "pussies", you made 2 stauses on the matter. You specifically mentioned your distaste for the rule twice.

We're not just gonna let something slide if we find that it happened a while back, especially if you dare admins to mute you over it and "abuse their powers". That's like having a police officer find an old crack pipe sitting on your car dashboard and then you tell him to,"Go ahead and abuse his authority" when he's preparing to charge you for illegal drug use. Taunting any authority figure to take action against you for breaking the rules/law is just a bad idea in general.
 
I'm locking this appeal. Skial has just a few rules that we are unwilling to budge on because they expose Skial itself to liability. Blatant racism is one of them.

Life pro tip- stop being a racist douchebag. It doesn't fly in the real world.
