Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
I should be unbanned because my ban was caused for literally no reason at all. I was looking at the console and saw that it used SourceMod, so I tried some commands which didn't do anything and got banned for it. It could also be something else, but the reason on the ban makes no sense at all and this is the only thing I thought of that could have caused it.
"LINKED: New STEAMID from banned IP 38.95.109.70"<--- no idea what this means.

So if I were to stop using a VPN, would I stay banned? I'm assuming that since this is a permanent ban it cannot be lifted, even if I connect from a consistent IP.

Usually in cases like these, the Skial admins will unban you, with one single warning to not use the VPN. As you can't play tf2 without a VPN, you will be banned from skial again, and most likely permanently. You can, however, host you own VPN, I'm sure the internet must have some type of guide pertaining to this. This is just advice based on what admins have said recently, it's up to them to determine your fate.

Now that you've read my response,

I've unbanned you.

If you connect again with a VPN there is a chance you will be banned again.
